Our program is structured in three parts to give you a gradual, supportive journey into heart health and lifestyle transformation.
1. Introduction to Heart Health program with Dr. César Molina

2. SuperHabits Core Program led by Miriam Lodge and Heather Evans (10 weeks)
Wednesday, January 21 – Wednesday, March 25
3. Heart Health Deep Dive with Dr. César Molina (9 weeks)
Sunday, March 29 – Monday, May 24
All workshops through the 20 weeks will run at:
US time zones: 11 am PT / 1 pm CT / 2 pm ET
European time zones: 7 pm GMT* / 8 pm CET*
* Some workshops will start 1 hour earlier for European timezones due to time changes.
