INTENSIVE 20-WEEK PROGRAM DESIGNED TO HELP YOU BUILD SUSTAINABLE HABITS FOR A HEALTHIER HEART

If you want to have as much quality time as possible with the people you love, then taking care of your heart health is key. According to the World Health Organization, Hypertension is a major cause of premature death worldwide and an estimated 46% of adults with hypertension are unaware that they have the condition.

The good news is that there are many scientifically proven ways to prevent or manage high blood pressure. America's most authoritative high blood pressure treatment guidelines, published by the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology (August 2025), strongly recommend lifestyle changes for all adults to prevent and treat high blood pressure. They include diet, exercise, weight control and other healthy lifestyle behaviours. For the first time, Transcendental Meditation has also been included as an adjunct to lifestyle approaches and medication—the only meditation practice to be included.

The SuperHabits for Heart Health program is an intensive program, run over 20 weeks that will dive deeply into all these different lifestyle recommendations. It consists of 2 blocks of 10 weeks each

    Tony Nader, M.D., Ph.D., MARR, is a medical doctor trained at Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Ph.D. in neuroscience), and a globally recognised Vedic scholar.

    Dr. César Molina, is a Yale and Harvard trained Medical Doctor with dual fellowships in Cardiology and Clinical Pharmacology from Stanford University Medical Center. At Stanford, he was a member of the medical school faculty where he worked under Nobel Prize recipient Dr. Ferid Murad.

    His research papers have been published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology and the Journal of the American Heart Association.

    After leaving Stanford, he founded the South Asian Heart Center, the first nonprofit center in the world devoted to the prevention of coronary artery disease and diabetes in people of South Asian descent using science-based lifestyle interventions.

  • Dr. Keith Wallace

    Dr. Wallace is a best-selling author who speaks globally on habit change strategies for healthy living, teaching thousands of people on the subject. His books include “Total Brain Coaching,” “16 Super Biohacks for Longevity,” “Self Empower,” and “Gut Crisis.”

    He travels globally lecturing at major universities on consciousness-based health programs and helped start the first three Maharishi Ayurveda clinics in the US.

    Dr. Wallace has a Ph.D. from University of California at Los Angeles and completed postdoctoral research at Harvard University.

    He is the founding President of Maharishi International University and currently Trustee and Head of the Department of Physiology and Health.

    She is co-CEO of Maharishi Foundation Technologies, which offers the SuperHabits series and a number of other programs focused on developing the full potential of the individual.

    Miriam graduated top of her class with her MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and Magna Cum Laude and Cum Laude from her Bachelors and Masters in Business Engineering from KuLeuven.

    She has a deep passion for helping people reach their highest potential by combining habit change with the highest knowledge of consciousness and making the world a better place for her 3 children

The program is structured in three parts:


  1. Introduction to the Heart Health program with Dr. César Molina
    Sunday, January 18

  2. SuperHabits program facilitated by Miriam Lodge and Heathere Evans (10 weeks)
    Wednesday, January 21 – Wednesday, March 25

  3. Heart Health Deep Dive with Dr. César Molina (9 weeks)
    Sunday, March 29 – Sunday, May 24

All workshops through the 20 weeks will run at:

US time zones: 11 am PT / 1 pm CT / 2 pm ET

European time zones: 7 pm GMT* / 8 pm CET*

* Some workshops will start 1 hour earlier for European timezones due to time changes.



THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • 20x 1 hr* online workshops (the first and last workshop for the SuperHabits program workshop is 1.5hrs, all other workshops are 1hr with an optional additional 30-min Q&A after each workshop) and interactive discussions with your learning circle to integrate tools and apply habit change strategies for the coming week.
  • System with accountability partner (either chosen by you or if you prefer assigned by us) for daily connection.
  • Community WhatsApp group with your coaches for added support during the week.
  • While maximum benefits will come from live attendance, videos will be made available if a session needs to be missed.
